Terms and conditions

Here are policies and rules to be followed for the booking period of Euro 2012:

• At the time of booking please state the exact number of people you are renting apartment for – if we find that more people were staying over night we will ask you to leave the apartment with no refund.

• The check in and check out day is stated at the time of booking and is not changeable at any means.

• In case of loud parties and noises and if our neighbors will call the police – we will check you out the same moment and no refunds will be given.

• In case of brakeage or stains at the apartment we will demand full payment and enough days of payment to make apartment as before.

• Prepayments and payments are not refundable. All other services are prepaid and nonrefundable too.

These rules simple and easy to follow – we want our apartment to be safe and clean after the Euro 2012 Championship as life does not stop after July the 2nd 2012.
